please start bluetoothd from command line like:

sudo killall bluetoothd; sudo bluetoothd --nodaemon --debug 2>&1 | tee
/tmp/bt.log.txt

reproduce your issue (e.g. mark it as discoverable), try to search for
your computer and paste the log you get.

Also attach your complete dmesg output and your complete syslog after
reproducing. Thanks!
