I think, bluetooth should be disabled by default on startup, at least
for the netbook remix. Battery-life is important when running a netbook
and therefore bluetooth should only be enabled when needed. Even on a
desktop machine it's reasonable for the user to enable bluetooth "by
hand" when needed, I think.
