I was having a similar problem with my Dell Bluetooth mouse.

I fixed it by uninstalling gnome-bluetooth and installing bluez-gnome.

I'm not sure what benefits gnome-bluetooth gives over bluez-gnome, but
if you just want your mouse to work, you want to try switching back.
