I found this bug in Jaunty, it wasn't in Intrepid. Bug is in bluez or alsa.
This bug is similar to #306721, #306614, #207796

$ cat .asoundrc
pcm.bluetooth {
	type bluetooth
        device 00:02:78:DE:09:43
	profile a2dp
}

/etc/pulse/default.pa:
set-default-sink alsa_output.bluetooth

Bluetooth headphones: Samsung SBH-500

Starting pulseaudio is successes, but if start playback sound - it segfault.
See attached.

In dmesg a lot af:
[33197.418923] pulseaudio[25851]: segfault at 133e000 ip 00007f736fcc329c sp 00007f7364e07e68 error 4 in libc-2.9.so[7f736fc3f000+168000]
[33197.420458] l2cap_recv_acldata: Unexpected continuation frame (len 0)

Pulseaudio work good with ALSA output, but segfault with bluetooth.
