[Bug 388518] [NEW] Dell Bluetooth 355 does not 'wake' after suspend

Sometimes after waking the laptop (dell vostro 1400) from suspend, the bluetooth is not visible on the top panel.
The bluetooth led is ON, but the hciconfig reports:

I have to turn off then on the bluetooth via the wireless switch in order to be started again.
I had no problems with the 8.10 , 

my system is Ubuntu 9.04, bluez: 4.39-0ubuntu1.
