Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluez-gnome

If you right-click on the Bluetooth icon, and select Preferences, it
shows a list of configured devices. Below the device list are four
buttons. These buttons have icons in them, but absolutely no other
indication of what they do. No text, no tooltips, no explanatory text
nearby. This is a sin.

** Affects: bluez-gnome (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
