[Bug 60049] Re: Import of translations for KDE's desktop-* failed

This was broken and then fixed again right before Kubuntu 9.04 was
released. But new issues of the like warrant new bugs so that they get
proper visibility and so that we don't mix symtoms with solutions, etc.
