[Bug 406053] [NEW] bluetooth-gnome does not support switching of profiles for headphones or other devices

Public bug reported:

gnome bluetooth currently does not allow devices such as headphones to
switch what bluetooth profile they will use. Many bluetooth headphones
support headset and headphone (a2dp) profiles.

Right now a user appears stuck with the headset profile for bluetooth
headsets, with no initiative way to switch it to headphone profile.
