I had the problem of not being able to send files to my computer, but I
solved it here by installing and running obexpushd:

sudo apt-get install obexpushd
obexpushd

Before that, my phone doesn't show my computer as a recipient for
sending files.  Once this is running, though, it works as it should.  No
need for apache!
