[Bug 420393] [NEW] [karmic] applet keeps appearing / disappearing

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth
See attached screencast. The bluetooth applet keeps appearing and
disappearing on the panel.
Tried running bluetooth-applet -d but there is not much debug output.

If i run bluetoothd manually I get:-
