[Bug 416796] [NEW] Killswitch state seems reversed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluez-gnome

The bluetooth-properties dialog has a toggle for "hci0 kill switch",
which feels like it's the wrong way around.

When the toggle is active (there's a tick in the box), bluetooth is
active, while the text next to it says "hci0 bluetooth killswitch".
Removing the tick disables the bluetooth radio.

I was expecting the tick to work the other way around: tick = killswitch
active = no radio
