[Bug 416326] [NEW] bluetooth won't recieve files

it is posible to send files from the laptop, but not to recieve.
tried fixing by installing the drivers using "wine", with no change.
can recieve files using "brouse files on device" function.
app: bluetooth manager 1.8\KDE blueooth 4.0\bluetooth-utliz, and almost any app I tried to use as a BT manager.
