This isn't a bug in bluez, as you've got some worse problems on your
system with corruption.  You'll probably want to check your hard drive
and memory for malfunctions.

You can see this is failing in libraries across the board:

/sbin/ldconfig.real: Cannot lstat /usr/lib/libelf-0.131.so: Permission denied
/sbin/ldconfig.real: Cannot lstat /usr/lib/libpcap.so.0.9.8: Permission denied
/sbin/ldconfig.real: Cannot lstat /usr/lib/libpcap.so.0.8: Permission denied
/sbin/ldconfig.real: Cannot lstat /usr/lib/libelf.so.1: Permission denied
