[Bug 365779] [NEW] missing hcid.conf and pairing problem

Public bug reported:

I installed ubuntu 8.10. And I install bluez. But there is no hcid
deamon and hcid.conf. I cannot configure default pass key or any pass
key. When I attempt to pairing with bluez-applet, computer is trying to
connect phone, and phone ask to me a pin. then computer and phone says
opponent device refused pairing. When I enteren 1234 for pin, still
refusing.

hcid command and deamon are missing. also hcid.conf is lost. I find no
way to pairing phone to computer.
