New patch version of postinst that remove deprecated MAKEDEV script
calls, remove old modprobe config file (if exist) and add ircomm-tty and
irnet modules into modprobe.d config file.
This is a patch to debian/irda-utils.irda-setup.init that make this init
script LSB compliant.
