After some discussion in #ubuntu-motu, we've realize that we haven't
been in sync with Debian since about hoary.  During Jaunty, we'll try to
get them to adapt our packaging scheme.

I've reverted the last commit and we are now using the packaging scheme
that upstream recommended.  Additionally, there is now a transitional
bluez-utils package solely for the purpose of allowing users to use the
same new init script name (/etc/init.d/bluetooth).
