Yes I am positive. Same laptop, same USB Bluetooth dongle, and it fails
with two separate Nokia phones, both of which worked with Hardy.
The USB device is being recognised: the Bluetooth icon appears in my
panel, and the following in syslog when I plug it in:
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude kernel: [ 9503.578459] Bluetooth: Generic Bluetooth USB driver ver 0.3
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude kernel: [ 9503.602819] usbcore: registered new interface driver btusb
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: HCI dev 0 up
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: Registered interface org.bluez.SerialProxyManager on path /org/bluez/hci0
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: Registered interface org.bluez.NetworkPeer on path /org/bluez/hci0
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: Registered interface org.bluez.NetworkHub on path /org/bluez/hci0
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: Registered interface org.bluez.NetworkRouter on path /org/bluez/hci0
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: Registered interface org.bluez.Service on path /org/bluez/hci0
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: Adapter /org/bluez/hci0 has been enabled
Oct 23 08:40:04 gertrude bluetoothd[5403]: Starting security manager 0
I can also re-pair with both phones, I just cannot send files to them
(bug 285283) or browse them.
