[Bug 279071] [NEW] Bluetooth authorization dialog for my mouse requires... my mouse?

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

After a power outage (or dying battery) the Bluetooth Authorization
Request notifcation stated popping up.  That'd just be annoying except
that it didn't have focus, and there was no way to get focus to it to
click on the button.  It apparently required the mouse, which was the
source of the authorization request.

Chicken, meet egg.

Please make the button have focus, so that I can simply click on it and
accept the mouse and get it working again.
