Ok Daniel, I will report your printer problem upstream.

As for Bus 003 Device 006: ID 1131:1004 Integrated System Solution Corp. Bluetooth Device If it doesn't work in several distro, I encourage you to :
1)report the bug to bluez component of the kernel : http://bugzilla.kernel.org/
2)create a new bug here on launchpad and link it to the kernel bug you created
3)subscribe me (jonathan.ernst) to the launchpad bug

If you agree I will now consider this bug as a duplicate of bug #284994
(for the printer part).

(I have also sent 0a5c:2123 to http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids so that
lsusb will show the complete name of your dongle next time)
