Ubuntu 8.10, bluez 4.12-0ubuntu5
I have a Bluetooth device that was functioning perfectly under 8.04
It is still there :
# lsusb

hciconfig gives a "result" but actually null :
# hciconfig

hcitool gives no result:
# hcitool dev

and hiciconfig cannot start hci0 :
# hciconfig hci0 up
