i have ibm x40 with integrated blueototh
Bus 004 Device 006: ID 1668:2441 Actiontec Electronics, Inc. [hex] BMDC-2 IBM Bluetooth III w.56k

only solution is:
run bluetooth-applet, or add it to startup list
