[Bug 229390] [NEW] Bluetooth GNOME applet displays notification too early

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluez-utils

The GNOME bluetooth panel applet does not ait until the window session
is fully initialized and painted (realized in X speak) before it
notifies the user via the yellow notification balloon that receiving
files is enabled. Not a bug, just a visual nuisance.
