[Bug 207173] [NEW] Device or Ressource busy when trying to use internal bluetooth

Public bug reported:

Whenever I try to connect via my internal bluetooth device in my Sony
Vaio FZ31J i read a device or resource busy error (using bluemon).

An external Bluetooth usb stick works just fine.
The internal Bluetooth is up and running but i can not access it:
