Binary package hint: bluez-gnome

When I try to launch bluetooth-applet via shell to active bluetooth on
my system I get:

$ bluetooth-applet 
Bluetooth OBEX server failed: Bluez DBus interface not available

Is it a bug or miss some package and/or configuration?
