One other thing that I should mention is that the only thing I changed
was to add --enable-hidd and --enable-pand to the
DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS in debian/rules. I don't know if additional
flags need to be added, it seems likely that this change was
unintentional and it's possible that other configure flags need to be
flipped on too.
