[Bug 199421] [NEW] location of public folder to share not clear

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

the bluetooth preferences now offer the option to share files in the
public folder, however, it is not clear where this folder is.

on a machine upgraded from dapper->edgy->feisty->gutsy I had no
~/Public, which is what I assume would be shared.

the prefs should mention if the directory is missing, but maybe they
should have a link to open nautilus on the shared directory too.
