This man did not help!

But I found another way:

#sudo apt-get install toshset

#toshset -bluetooth on
hcitool inq
Inquiring ...
	00:1C:35:47:D7:B5	clock offset: 0x1148	class: 0x5a0204
#toshset -bluetooth off
