For the brave:
- extract peppelorum's quickpackage (dpkg -x [deb] [target dir])
- create /usr/lib/kdebluetooth/servers directory (mkdir -p /usr/lib/kdebluetooth/servers as root) 
- copy [target dir]/usr/lib/kdebluetooth/servers/kbtobexsrv to /usr/lib/kdebluetooth/servers (as root)
