The posted fix is confirmed to work on my Hardy Heron test machine,
using the following bluetooth device:

Bus 002 Device 003: ID 0a12:0001 Cambridge Silicon Radio, Ltd Bluetooth
Dongle (HCI mode)

And a WM6 Blackjack hacked to support ICS.  Thanks a lot!
