I think I have a similar problem when trying to connect my Logitech
MX5000 BT keyboard and mouse. The keyboard pairs with my computer
properly but when I try to connect to my mouse the applet crashes
always. So I thought I should inform about this here. I dont know if
this helps but if I run the applet from terminal and reproduce the bug
It prints this:

** ERROR **: Out of memory
aborting...

I have 2 gigs of ram in my computer so I think thats not the problem :D
