[Bug 190700] [NEW] upgrade gnome-bluetooth to 0.11

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

New upstream version of gnome-bluetooth are out since mid of january.
Please upgrade to 0.11; this version remove gnome-obex-send but the feature can be found in bluez-gnome now.
