I am running 8.04 alpha3
I have not had sound since I installed Hardy. I have reinstalled 3 times
I was checking if I could get sound to work'
I opened System,Preferences,Sound and did test on sound playback and I got the error,
I noticed that there is no device listed
I booted 7.10 from CD and sound works. The device said "HDA intel (Alsa
mixer)"
