[Bug 259111] [NEW] bluetooth-properties: "Mode of operation" options is unclear

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluez-gnome

The "Mode of operation" options are unclear to me. What's the difference
between "Other devices can connect" and "Visible and connectable for
other devices" ? I just don't know and there is nothing helping me to
understand the difference. It should at leat contain a tooltip
explaining each option.
