Is your machine a laptop? Do you have any hardware switch to turn bluetooth on/off?
I have also heard that on some Dell laptops there were some problem with bluetooth when machine was dual boot (windows/ubuntu). Is it a similar case for you?

By the way, input service is for bluetooth keyboard/mouse or other such
devices which act as input devices. Blackberry is not input device.
