[Bug 32415] Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard pairing broken in Dapper/Edgy/Feisty

This is still a problem in Hardy with all the latest updates: My
Logitech mouse stops working if I leave the computer too long. The only
workaround I've found is to turn the physical bluetooth switch on the
laptop off and on again.
