I have this issue on Hardy too (64bit).
Bluetooth mouse and keyboard work fine at startup but after some inactivity they lost connection.

I can reconnet them by going to "bluetooth manager" -> "preference"
->and manually click disconnect on mouse and keyboard.

In bt manager i have already "visible and connectable for other devices"
but this not solve the problem.

Please reopen this bug.
