[Bug 176664] System-Preferences-Bluetooth Preferences menu item name is redundant

(I'd file this upstream but it seems impossible to file bugs against
this on GNOME's bug tracker.)

'Preferences->Bluetooth Preferences' is redundant. All the other
preferences capplets in GNOME don't have this (ie. 'Keyboard' not
'Keyboard Preferences', 'Appearance' not 'Appearance Preferences',
etc.). The only other item in the default Ubuntu Gutsy install that does
this is Tracker, and that is apparently already corrected for the next
version.
