[Bug 173217] gnome-obex-server functionality should be integrated in Bluetooth applet

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bluetooth

Now that the bluetooth applet is launched by default when a bluetooth
device is present, this applet should integrate the functionnality of
gnome-obex-server (gnome-bluetooth package), so that file exchanges
between bluetooth devices and computer work out of the box. (Currently
the user has to manually install gnome-bluetooth and run a second
applet).

This would make the Ubuntu bluetooth experience much better.
