<div><br></div><div>when I ping to <a href="http://ubuntu-be.org" target="_blank">ubuntu-be.org</a>, I get nothing, no return what so ever.</div><div>when I ping to <a href="http://map.ubuntu-be.org" target="_blank">map.ubuntu-be.org</a>, I get a response from: 86.65.39.19.  (which is our server).</div>

<div><br></div><div> actually visiting <a href="http://ubuntu-be.org" target="_blank">ubuntu-be.org</a> or <a href="http://map.ubuntu-be.org" target="_blank">map.ubuntu-be.org</a> isn't working either.</div></div><div>
<br></div><div>When I navigate to the servers url directly, I get a 404 not found. (Which is normal, but at least it tells us that the server in itself is still working.)</div>
<div><br></div><div>So I tried some other connection methods, <a href="ftp://ubuntu-be.org" target="_blank">ftp://ubuntu-be.org</a> is not available; ssh to <a href="http://ubuntu-be.org" target="_blank">ubuntu-be.org</a> doesn't get a response either.</div>

<div>Considering that a whois from <a href="http://ubuntu-be.org" target="_blank">ubuntu-be.org</a> tells us that canonical didn't change any of the settings for that domain since 2011, it's safe to say that our DNS settings are still in place.</div>
<div><br></div><div>So:</div><div><div><ul><li>Server works</li><li>Domains is still ours</li><li>DNS works</li><li>all our services are unavailable (not just http but also ftp and ssh)</li></ul><div>Which leads me to believe that our VPS is having some troubles... Maybe he's down totally, or it's internal connection went bonkers...</div>
