Hi!! My name is Julio. I'm a scientist. I've been using ubuntu for a while and using 12.04 since it came out five years ago. LTS is finished now and I will install (fresh install) 16.04. Here in Belgium everything is OK with networking but I'm returning to Cuba (where networking is not good and quite expensive!!) by the end of june so I decided to download a full 16.04 repo and bring it with me in my external HDD... but I'm new in this task. Gätean kindly suggested me to use apt-mirror and I found a lot of information about this. However, are there any "special tricks" when making such a "standalone" repo? Any tips you can suggest me? Any suggestions?Thanking you in advance
Julio
