[Ubuntu-be] CPR on the website

True, a Belgian Loco should, if possible, use a Belgian product. But if
that product can't be supported by anyone who has sufficient
knowledge/time, then we should look for an alternative method.

I, for one, don't know the first thing about Drupal...(besides that it's a
cms...)
