[Ubuntu-be] proposed agenda, meeting 14/7 at 15h00

Hi Guys,
I'd like to propose an agenda of things to be discussed on the meeting on
the 14th of July.
Please add proposals if you think of other things. Even if you can't/won't
attend but feel some topic is missing, feel free to voice your opinion.

1. Welcome and Election of Chairman.
2. Council reports
      (Jurgen, could you make a quick summary of council activities since
the meeting at your place?)
3. Finances
      (JanC, could you give us an up to date statement of the account?)
    Discussion: what should we do with this account? There are no updates
of the statements. Maybe it is possible/feasible/desirable to change the
account? Shall we appoint a treasurer?
4. Current projects
    4.1. USB sticks
    4.2 T-shirts
    4.3 Print/art work (roll ups, posters, flyers...)
    4.4 Dipro
    4.5 Wouter's manual
5. Future projects
    5.1. Courses?
6. Council.
    6.1. Members resigning
    6.2  Re-appointment of old members
