I agree with that.. An IRC meeting looks like the best way to give ourselves some deadlines (or at least put a timespan on it).Even if not everybody can make it, it will still simplify the organization.

There is an ubuntu-be wallpaper in the promotional material on the website. Maybe we can use that, or maybe we can use an updated version.
Since there are a lot of decisions like that to take, maybe it's best to organize an IRC meeting for this.
