[Ubuntu-be] Proposed new Flyer

Hi,

I revisited Wouter's allready outstanding design of the flyer (With the 
approval of Wouter) and made also a new one.
The proposed designs can be foud at the next URL

If someone want's to work on one of the allready existing designs feel 
free to ask for the .SVG files.

I hope to see a few more designs and/or see a few comments to make the 
designs better.
