[Ubuntu-be] Windows Tax

I'm planning to buy an Asus machine at Vanden Borre. If you've got to pay
for registered postage and you get less than 10 euro back then it's
obviously not worth the trouble. If I agree to the license I can use
Windows to prepare my installer USB stick, which will spare me having to
ask nervous friends to let me install software on their computers.
