Well... to be completely honest (and I didn't notice it when we looked
over the report the day itself): I don't see who actually is candidate
from the present members (though we did raise hands).

We thought it fair that all persons who expressed interest in this
foundation meeting, can be on the list: this is those who were present,
and those who said they found this important but said the couldn't be
here (in IRC meetings, since we launched the topic and date of the
meeting, about 2 months ago).

For the formation of the first team (of 5), I think we said that only
the candidates would be voting who could be member: 4 votes per member.
At the end, the 5 candidates with the most votes will form the council.

As far as I can see, these were the persons not present on this meeting
for several reasons, but that we recalled to have expressed interest in it:
* Woutder Vdn.
* Claudio M.
* Massimiliano L.
* Mark Vdb.

Please complete/correct this list if needed.
