2. Promotion
  a. Adding commercial links to the website
We already discussed the topic, see detail/draft in the wiki
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/Website/Commercial_links-draft.
Before to launch the project in the mailing list and contacting
companies, we need an email address "contact op ubuntu-be.org", as single
point of entry/contact between (commercial) companies and Ubuntu-be:
mail will be transferred to interested members of Ubuntu-be (a kind of
"contact group"). Action JanC is going on, likely end of the week. As
soon as done, information and procedure will be posted in the mailing
list and can be relayed to personal contacts.

  b. t-shirts for Ubuntu-be (warddr is leading the project)
We are waiting for other new design proposals. See special (new) page
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BelgianTeam/PromotionMaterial/ProposalsT-shirts.
New design can be proposed through the mailing list and in the wiki
page: preference in .png, 332px × 344px, for comparison purpose, and
respect the Canonical guidelines about Ubuntu logo. A clear mention
(which size?) of Ubuntu-be or Ubuntu-be.org should be added on the
t-shirt design. Timing: proposals can be sent till 15/09 20.00 hr.
During IRC meeting on 15/09 (at 21.00 hr), we wil select a few design as
preselection. Final decision at the IRC meeting on 23/09. We should
start with 100 t-shirts, with presale.

3. Update Wiki Belgian Team -no suggestion

4. Support points map status : nothing new, we are waiting for
mongolito404 availability.

5. Other question s
  a. Welcome to the newcomers in the Belgian Local Community Team in
july (in Launchpad): Massimiliano,, The_White_Eagle and Floriann.

  b. Topic for a future IRC meeting, Ubuntu and education : what can we
propose to schools ?
A team "Ubuntu-education" with teachers and others is needed to help the
promotion. Who is interested by the topic ?

6. Next IRC meeting on 08/09/2010 at 21 h.
