[Ubuntu-be] Update Ubuntu_short_presentation in Dutch (10.04LTS+10.10) - for suggestion

Hi to all,

The Ubuntu standard presentation (Nl version) has been updated with an 
additional slide for 10.10 and a change of the page "Support points - 
Steunpunten".
