[Ubuntu-be] New banner voor Ubuntu-be

Hi to all,

I agreed that the colored "be" like the Fed Gov uses is confusing.
IMHO we should respect the integrity of the ubuntu logo, including the 
cof : i think we rather do not modify the background of the cof as 
proposed. See Brand Identity Guidelines (you must not ... Change the 
colour of the Circle of Friends).
I prefer to add an element on the right of the Ubuntu logo.
Hereafter other proposals :








I prefer the first one, more simple.
