[Ubuntu-be] New banners for the Be LoCo Team

some suggestions, remarks
- were can we download this new font and should we put everything in this
new font ?
- can we put a "-be" after ubuntu (and maybe color it like belgium.be does
)
- do we really need the word "Loco" in the logo ? (it is also the spanish
word for crazy)
- can we color the belgium word ?
- can we put the shape of belgium in the logo (and maybe color it in with
the colors of our flag)
